Howard County police have charged a man with human trafficking after an investigation revealed he was forcing several women into prostitution. County police said Kamal Dorchy, of Baltimore, was holding women against their will and forcing them to have sex with people for money. Investigators said they have rescued four women who range in age from 17 to 24. Police said they fear there could be more victims.
