Michael Flynn back in 2016: ‘When you’re given immunity, you’ve probably committed a crime’

So does this mean he is guilty of something?

Donald Trump’s former national security adviser has now come out and hinted he will testify about potential links between the Trump campaign and Russia, press sources are saying he will ‘talk’ in exchange for immunity.

The general, who was ousted from his job in February after he admitted misleading the vice-president over his communications with Russian officials, released a statement through his lawyer saying that he has a “story to tell, and he very much wants to tell it”.

However, speaking to Meet the Press host Chuck Todd back in September 2016, Michael Flynn criticized anyone taking immunity deals during the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails.

‘Five people around her have been given immunity,’ Flynn said. ‘When you are given immunity, that means that you probably committed a crime’

What do you think?, is his story about Trump and Russia ties? or just a story about how he feels he was unfairly ousted?
